My husband and I were married just one month ago in Oxford, Ohio, but I purchased by dress from your store in June 2010. I had a wonderful experience! Things that really caught my attetnion and set them apart from other stores was the one on one customer service, the private fitting room, and the lady that helped me was amazing! She knew exactly what would look good for my body type, and listened to what I was looking for.

I was really nervous about finding a bridal gown and had heard horror stories from friends about the stores in Reading. One of my clients recommended Kotsovos to me, the moment I walked into the Store I had a great feeling. The English lady who helped me find my dress was great at knowing what suited me and listened to all my wants and needs. The best bit was it came way under budget and I took my dress home with me that day. I would highly recommend them, great experience!
