Depending on how you want your makeup done I would stay away from some of the counters... I have noticed that most of the women at the counters dont know how to match color and will only apply makeup like they wear it. I use MAC at Kenwood. They have to have a license to work there and know their stuff. You will pay 40 dollars for an appt or you can do walk in but splurge on the 40 bucks and get it done right. They have great colors, and do GREAT wedding faces. I am usually the bridesmaid and it hasnt done us wrong in 6x's yet.

When I was in a friends wedding, we went to the Clinique counter at the mall and they did our makeup.

You can go to anyone in the mall, dillards, elizabeth arden, clinique and they will do it for free, but you just have to buy one of their products and those are as cheap as 14 dollars. Hope this helps
